Moonstone: Hopefully this makes up for the fail of time that it took to get 14 out. This show had to be the most fun one we’ve done so far and I think you’ll all love it too.

Usagimaru: So I guess we’ll try to get back on to a regular schedule now that school is starting up, and we’ll be on regular patterns. I couldn’t really comment on most of the topic, but I still think it turned out great.

Lack of news and tiredness lead us straight to the point, and the lulz. We also had a guest on this show, Byron “Swings-and-keys-Flying-Ace-Gigaman-Pachow” joins us to hate on Soul Calibur IV.

Moonstone: Well now, I’m sorry for the delay on this show. We didn’t get it recorded till fairly early last week, and editing process became a nightmare. More computer issues, awesome. Turns out I have a bad stick of RAM now too, so this took even longer to do than it should. PROTIP: Never use a laptop for anything other than recording. Ugh, this episode’s only long because of the music inclusions too, lol. Sorry, again, but to make up for it, we’ll be having a show out tomorrow night, complete with guest!
EDIT: I just realized there’s a crazy echo effect, I guess Usagimaru’s mic picked me up since we were in the same room. I have a tendency to yell. Oh well I sound ominous or something.

Usagimaru: Alright. Well we recorded this a week ago! Yeah editing takes forever for these kind of shows, but it was fun to talk about this stuff. I’m not sure how much of the CD Moon put into the podcast, but it almost looks like there’s as much song as audio that we recorded. I kind of feel bad, because I had to rush us through the episode a bit, but in my defense I did come an hour earlier and waited while Moon did his notes! You can probably hear some times when Moon is talking on some of the later songs, and kinda stops, and ends the discussion of the songs.

This general show, we mix it up from the trend of movie reviews and talk about something else relevant to our interests: music. What music you ask? Well, of course metal. What kind of metal? Epic speed metal? Yes. We review DragonForce’s ~~leaked~~ new album Ultra Beatdown.

Moonstone: In this anime show, we really had nothing to talk about and free-styled this. Sorry if the quality’s poor but whatever. Audible Content’s coming soon, just a pain to get Addison’s audio edited since it skips every other second. Oh well, here’s the show we got it done, etc etc.

Usagimaru: So…later on in the day I went outside to find out that the duck has in fact been killed. I’m sorry, but I really don’t feel bad for it. It’s a duck, and that means it’s a stupid, delicious animal. Oh well, this is a fun episode. Less serious than the last one. We try to go off on some sweet tangents, because Bustgunner (LOL) is awesome, even though it’s easy to make fun of.

Moonstone: As promised, here’s lesson 12. Man, we really pumped this show out. Forgive us if we sound dead, it was insanely early in the morning when we finally started, but overall I think we hit the subject matter fairly well.

Usagimaru: Well, we didn’t record it at 4 in the morning, but it was still pretty late. The lesson is out though, so you all should feel the need to listen to it right now. Even though I know most of you haven’t listened to lesson 11 yet. Oh, I talked first this time as well. Isn’t that awesome!

What’s the subject matter you ask? Well it’s proven inevitable in every episode since Drew started hosting, so we try to settle the score in this show. In this lesson, we cover the much needed Guitar Hero vs Rock Band debate.

Usagimaru: Ok, so I had to actually edit this show, because about 20 minutes in Moon’s computer decided to mess up. So I guess the quality is a bit better than the last two episodes. Tell me how awesome my audio skills are!

Moonstone: Sorry for the delay on this one, folks. There was some trouble in the editing department of our top-class operation here at AniMentors. You can most likely expect lesson 12 up tonight as well to make up for it. So let’s let bygones be bygones and move on to the show!

Now this turned out to be a general show (the first we’ve had in a long time) and I believe we’re defining the schedule as two shows a week, with the shows going in order of : Gaming -> Anime -> General -> Gaming, etc. Sorry if it’s a tad complex, but it’s a much easier routine for us to do. On the same token of changes, this lesson has our first requested guest on the show as we have Uberwensch of the forums joining us! OMG A GIRL ON THE INTERWEBS? It’s more likely than you think.

In this lol-fest where I talk for most of the first 20 minutes, we discuss ~~Heath Ledger: The Movie~~ Batman: The Dark Knight.
